Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in NPETtech’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs

Return Defective or Wrong Items
To report a damaged or wrong item, please use the following process:
1) Contact our Customer Care team via email support@npettech.com.
2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged or wrong item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
*All open-box products are in original condition and covered with 2-years warranty, exchange or return.
When will a replacement be sent?
Replacements are treated the same way as those of new orders -- they typically arrive in 7 to 14 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It may take 1 or 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
